TAX CREDITS FOR UNUSED TICKETS
If you choose not to exchange your subscription tickets, we are pleased to arrange for a tax credit. Simply call the Benedum Center Box Office at 412-456-6666 no later than one hour prior to the performance.

Enjoy convenient and quick ticket exchanges as a PBT subscriber.
Exchange your tickets in one of the following ways:

  • ONLINE: Visit here and enter your account log-in information and click the exchange/donate tickets
    button.
  • PHONE: Call the Benedum Center Box Office at 412-456-6666.
  • IN PERSON: Visit the Benedum Center Box Office or the Box Office at Theater Square.
  • *MAIL: Mail tickets to the Benedum Center Box Office, 719 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
  • *FAX: Fax your voided subscription tickets to the Benedum Center Box Office at 412-456-2694.*When mailing or faxing return tickets, please enclose a letter listing the alternate date, time and performance you prefer.

TICKET EXCHANGE REMINDERS:

  • Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the earliest performance date.
  • Past-due subscription tickets cannot be honored or exchanged.
  • Refunds are not available for subscription tickets.
