What are my options if I had tickets for Balanchine + Tchaikovsky?
You may choose to attend one of our Open Air Series performances from Sept. 10-13, pending availability. You can also select to donate the value of your tickets back to PBT or receive a full refund, returned to your original payment method. What is the Open Air Series?
The Open Air Series brings the beauty of the ballet outdoors for a series of 10 performances in the parking lot of PBT Studios in the Strip District on the state-of-the-art Stageline SAM450 mobile performing arts venue. Ticket holders to Balanchine + Tchaikovsky can request to attend one of the socially distanced performances from Sept. 10-13.
When are the Open Air performances and what will PBT be performing?
Dates for the Open Air Series performances are:
- Thursday, Sept. 10 at 7 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 10 at 8:30 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 11 at 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 12 at 2 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 12 at 3:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 12 at 8:30 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 13 at 2 p.m.
- Sunday, Sept. 13 at 3:30 p.m.
PBT will be performing excerpts from a range of works including Who Cares?, Coppelia, The Sleeping Beauty and The Dying Swan. These works allow for our artists to be safe and socially distanced. Performances will run approximately 45 minutes with no intermission. Click here for performance details and casting.
What about masks for the Open Air Series?
Masks will be required for the duration of the performance during the Open Air Series. Performances will be approximately 45 minutes long with no intermission.
Will the PBT Orchestra be performing at the Open Air Series?
The PBT Orchestra will not be performing for the Open Air Series.
What are my options for my Nutcracker tickets?
We are currently exploring options to bring The Nutcracker to you this season. Please hold onto your tickets and a member of the Patron Services team will contact you with more information. If you are not interested in a virtual Nutcracker, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I apply the balance on my account toward the 2021-2022 season?
Yes! We will hold your same seats for our 2021-2022 Season and can use your current balance toward those tickets. Please contact email@example.com to arrange to apply your balance toward future performances.
I haven’t paid for my 2020-2021 subscription yet. Are you still holding my seats?
Yes! We are still holding unpaid subscription seats for our remaining three performances at the Benedum Center and the August Wilson African American Cultural Center in 2021. You can renew online, by mailing in a past renewal form or by calling us at 412-454-9107.
I usually subscribe, but I can’t attend this season. Will I receive my same seats next season?
Yes. We understand that you may not be able to attend this year, and will hold your same package when you return in 2021.
What can I do if I no longer feel comfortable attending my scheduled performances?
