Enjoy convenient and quick ticket exchanges as a PBT subscriber. Exchange your tickets in one of the following ways:

Online: Click here, enter your account log-in information and click the exchange/donate tickets button. 

Phone: Call the Box Office at 412-456-6666.

In Person: Visit the Benedum Center Box Office or the Box Office at Theater Square.

*Mail: Mail tickets to the Benedum Center Box Office, 719 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.

*Fax: Fax your voided subscription tickets to the Benedum Center Box Office at 412-391-7219.

*When mailing or faxing return tickets, please enclose a letter listing the alternate date, time and performance you prefer.

Ticket Exchange Reminders:

  • Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the earliest performance date.
  • Past-due subscription or Flex Card tickets cannot be honored or exchanged.
  • Refunds are not available for subscription or Flex Card tickets.
