All school groups receive a Teacher Resource Guide [link to Teacher resource guide

Instructional Material

Teacher’s Handbooks containing background information on the art of ballet and the upcoming production are distributed to schools attending the Student Matinees. The packet may also include an instructional CD, costume fabric samples, or other items that enhance understanding of ballet and generate excitement for the performance. Many of the activities in the handbooks are linked to other disciplines such as history, science, and language arts to create an interdisciplinary learning experience.
